I agree with this statement because hanging out with people who use drugs is boring stupid and a waste of time. People who use drugs feel Anger,Sorrow, Despair for what they have done and using drugs can make you feel bad and hurt you.

What i think this statement mean is that you cannot start anything in life without yourself because if you are not feeling good about what you are doing you need to improve because you cannot improve unless you decide to do so.
